How to make
Prepare a citrus dressing from the juices of half an orange, lemon or lime (or 50/50) olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Peel the other orange, so that no white parts of the peel remain on it. Cut it into thin slices.
Peel and cut the kiwi into circles as well.
In two individual plates, arrange the citrus circles.
Cut the avocado and beetroot into thin crescents and arrange them in the middle of the plates. To make it more beautiful, alternate a piece of beetroot and a piece of avocado.
Also thinly slice the onion and spread it over the citrus salad.
If desired, you can also add cheese with citrus or fruit flavors.
Drizzle with the dressing and serve this delicious and healthy vitamin salad.
