How to make
Peel the fruit. Cut them into circles.
With a sharp knife, remove the bitter white part. Arrange the circles on a suitable plate.
Mix three tablespoons of olive oil with a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of salt and the juice of one lemon. Beat the dressing lightly with a fork and pour it over the fruit for your Vitamin Salad.
Sprinkle with dill and a handful of olives.
You can serve marinated tuna to the vitamin citrus salad with olives.
