How to make
Peel and cut the tomatoes, avocado and cucumber into chunks.
Dice the pepper. You can chose to use red and yellow peppers as well, to add color to your salad.
Place the vegetables into a bowl and add the haloumi cheese chopped into small pieces. Season with salt, most of the olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and a pinch of oregano (you can add a pinch of black pepper too)
Mix all the ingredients and transfer into a salad bowl or two individual plates.
Arrange finely chopped onion rounds on top, the feta cheese into chunks, and the olives. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Serve the Greek Salad with Avocado with Ouzo or chilled white wine.
