How to make
The mussels are boiled in a deep pot with 1 cup of water, 1 cup of wine and a few sprigs of dill. They are boiled with a closed lid.
When the shells open up, the mussels are ready to eat.
The shells are carefully removed and the fleshy part is placed in a bowl or individual plates.
Add the pitted olives.
Cut the onion into slices and add it to the mussel salad.
Finely chop the dill, add the other spices, season with lemon and olive oil.
The Greek Salad with Mussels is served with lemon slices.
