Everything is mixed with a wire whisk. Distribute the mixture into bowls. As an extra, I added erythritol chocolate drops to each bowl.
I baked the dessert in an air fryer on the bake program for 15 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
The keto creams are baked in the oven at 320°F (160°C). Place the bowls in a baking pan. Boiling water is poured up to the middle of the bowls. Bake for about an hour, or more.
