How to make
Put the cream in a large bowl. Add the mascarpone, cream cheese and stevia.
Beat with a mixer, until a thick mixture is obtained. Set it aside and leave it in the refrigerator.
Put the strawberries, lemon juice and erythritol in a saucepan. Boil, until the strawberries soften. Blend with a liquidizer and remove the mixture from the heat.
Put the cream, strawberries, cream and so on in a suitable cut. Sprinkle it with 100% cocoa and serve it immediately.
The keto strawberry cream is ready.
