I use stevia for pastries and erythritol which is 1:1 with the sugar.
For the coconut cream, get high-fat canned coconut milk. You may also come across it as coconut cream.
To make coconut cream, leave the tin of coconut milk in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Coconut cream can be replaced with mascarpone, sour cream or cream cheese.
All the ingredients are put in a blender and are blended well for the delicious chocolate cream.
I divided the keto dessert into four servings.
