How to cook
The avocado should be well ripe. It is cut lengthwise, the stone is removed and the flesh is carved out with the help of a spoon.
Avocado, erythritol and melted coconut oil are placed in a blender and they are blended.
The eggs are gradually added to the mixture as well. Also add vanilla and salt.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the dry ingredients, coconut, walnut and almond flour along with the baking powder.
Stir well and pour everything into a baking pan covered with baking paper.
In a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), bake the brownie for about 25 minutes.
Cut it after it has cooled and enjoy the keto cake - keto brownie with avocado.
