The avocado must be well ripened and soft. Cut it in half and remove the seed.
Using a spoon, scoop out the avocado and add it into a bowl to the cocoa and erythritol or other sugar substitute of your choice.
Everything is blended with a liquidizer. You can add 1-2 tbsp. of water, to blend the chocolate cream much easier.
Blend the keto chocolate cream with only three ingredients, until it becomes smooth and distribute it into cups in portions.
