How to make
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a water bath.
Chop the pecans into large pieces.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs in a thin stream, by stirring.
Then try the carob flour, which you can replace with cocoa. It's best to sift it.
Finally, add 4 full spoons of wholemeal spelt flour and a small spoonful of baking powder, as well as the nuts.
Mix, until a smooth mixture is obtained and pour the mixture into a small rectangular baking pan covered with baking paper. I had white chocolate chips and sprinkled them on the chocolate cake, but it's optional.
Bake the juicy brownie in a 390°F (200°C) oven for 18-20 minutes.
After it is fully baked, leave it to cool and cut it into squares.
Extremely delicious Spelt Pecan Brownies.
Enjoy!
