How to make
Sift the white flour. Add the spelt flour /three grains/ and the whole grain flour.
Make a well and add the salt, sugar, oil and yeast.
Pour some lukewarm water and stir. Gradually add water, while kneading, until a soft dough is obtained.
Wrap it and leave it in a warm place to rise.
In a suitable tray with a non-stick bottom, spread the dough and shape the bread.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) until done, checking for doneness with a wooden skewer.
Spray the baked bread with water and cover it with a towel to soften.
The Vegan Spelt Bread is ready.
