Ingredients

  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sausage - 10.5 oz (300 g) raw - smoked
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • dijon mustard - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Cut the sausages into pieces.

Heat the oil to a moderate temperature and lightly fry the sausage pieces for about 15 minutes on all sides.

Meanwhile, pour the honey and mustard into a bowl and mix well, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Remove the sausage pieces and place them onto kitchen paper to drain the fat. Heat the oven to 200°C.

Roll the sausage pieces in the mustard and honey dressing.

Arrange the sausages in a baking pan and cover them with the remaining dressing. Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes, by shaking the baking pan from time to time, so that the bites are well coated.

Serve the beer appetizer warm with fries or with a side dish of your choice.
