How to make
In every garden, at the end of the season there are quite a few green tomatoes. The same goes for growing cherry tomatoes. Here's a quick and easy recipe for them!
Separate only the best and non-bitter tasting green cherry tomatoes, wash them and cut them in half.
Separately, in clean and washed jars, pour 3 tbsp. of vinegar and 1 tbsp. of salt and sugar, as well as 1 pinch of black pepper.
Pour about 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes into 1 jar and fill it with spring water up to the neck of the jar.
Tightly tighten the lids and sterilize about 10 minutes after boiling.
Once they are ready, take them out with special tongs for jars and turn the jarred green cherry tomatoes with the lids facing down.
