Wash the cherry tomatoes and put them in a pot to boil.
After boiling the water, leave them on the stove for another 10-15 minutes. The water is then poured out and a fresh water is poured over them - this should be done 3 times.
After the third water, the green tomatoes are easily peeled - they are all peeled.
Place them back onto the stove, add sugar and half a cup of water.
Stir constantly, so that the tomato jam does not stick. When it boils, the citric acid is added and continue to boil and stir constantly for another 4-5 minutes.
The boiling mixture is poured into jars, closed and turned over with the lid facing down, until they cool.
