How to make
The top of the chosen bread buns is cut off, like a lid and the inside is carved out.
Cut the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes into slices and wash and dry the basil leaves.
The inside of each bread bun is spread with pesto genovese, then a layer of mozzarella is placed on top. Next up is a row of tomatoes and basil leaves.
Drizzle a little olive oil and then again arrange the mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and olive oil.
The stuffed bread buns are covered with the lids and then they're ready to be served.
