Carve out the bun carefully with a knife. Next, break an egg into it, being careful to keep the yolk intact.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it along the edges of the bun (the egg needs to remain uncovered), sprinkle some mixed spices over the cheese and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven on the top element only.
Once the egg has cooked, take the bun out of the oven, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper over the egg and put some finely chopped green garlic stalks along the edges.
