  • turkey - 4 kg
  • turkey offals - 340 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • duck fat - 300 g
  • onion - 2 onions
  • rice - 250 g
  • paprika - 5 g
  • black pepper - 2 g
  • salt - 10 g + 5 g for the stuffing

How to make

The turkey is cleaned and washed very well.

Rub it with 2 tsp (10 g) of salt inside and out.

The onion is cleaned, washed and finely chopped.

It is stewed in the oil with 1 tsp of salt.
