  • rice - 1 cup

How to make

Prepare the stuffing mixture for the turkey, by first boiling the offals in salted water, then chopping them into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion and stew it in some of the fat, until it softens.

Add the rice and chopped offals to the softened onion, add the broth and cook, until the rice is semi-cooked.

Add the raisins and black pepper to the mixture, which you removed from the heat. The turkey is salted inside and out and stuffed with the prepared stuffing. It is sewn with thread.

Put the stuffed turkey in a greased baking pan, pour the broth over it (from the boiled offals) and roast the turkey in the oven.

During roasting, pour the turkey from time to time with the sauce left in the baking pan.
