How to make
We start the preparation of the stuffed turkey leg by first deboning the legs, if necessary. The steaks can be left with the skin or it can be removed, if you don't like it.
Wrap each one in cling film. We prepare a mixture of salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oil and soy sauce and dip each steak generously and cover them with cling film and leave them for a few hours in the refrigerator to absorb the spices well.
If you're in a hurry, you might as well not wait. Then we spread cream cheese, add mushrooms, cheese and roll it into a delicious savory roll with the help of cling film, we pierce it with toothpicks, which after baking we remove and there is no trace of them.
Arrange in a baking pan and put butter on top of each roll, pour the beer on the bottom of the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes.
Occasionally you can drizzle with a spoonful of the beer.
Serve with a side dish of your choice (mashed potatoes are suitable).
Be careful with the soy sauce when seasoning, so that you don't over salt.
The same recipe can be prepared with chicken legs. You can also put coarsely chopped potatoes and carrot in the baking pan to use later as a side dish.
