How to make
Wash the cauliflower and carefully separate the pieces, which are boiled for about 10 minutes in salted water.
Then they are strained and poured into a baking pan, which we have provided for the preparation of the casserole. Pour them the oil evenly.
The eggs, tempered in the meantime, as well as the milk, are beaten with a wire whisk in a deep bowl. The white cheese, flour and all the spices are added and poured over the cauliflower pieces.
Bake, until it aquires an appetizing color. Light and delicious vegetable dish - enjoy!
