Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 1 small head
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g) or bacon (finely chopped)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • sour cream - 9 oz (250 g)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

Separate the cauliflower from the leaves into small pieces and boil it, until it semi-softens in boiling salted water.

The butter is melted and the cream is added to it. It is flavored with black pepper and half of the yellow cheese (grated) and mixed well, until a smooth sauce is obtained.

Place the cauliflower and sliced ham in a baking pan and pour the prepared sauce over them.

Bake, until the casserole aquires an appetizing color and just before removing it from the oven, sprinkle it with the remaining grated yellow cheese.
