How to make
Cut half a head of cauliflower into pieces and blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Then strain and put them in the bottom of a rectangular baking pan.
Debone 2 chicken thighs and cut them into bite-size pieces. I used chicken thigh steak.
Heat the oil and butter and first fry two finely chopped garlic cloves. Then add the meat and also fry briefly.
Add the fried meat to the cauliflower and mix them.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the spices and add as much salt as you like.
Add the sour cream.
Cut the processed cheese into small pieces and add it as well. Stir well.
Pour this mixture over the cauliflower and meat and finally sprinkle with grated mozzarella or yellow cheese.
Put the casserole in the preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes, until an appetizing crust forms.
The delicious cauliflower and chicken casserole is ready.
