How to make
Put the washed and sliced eggplants circles for about 15 minutes in salted water.
Strain and dry them. Fry them briefly in heated fat.
Stew the finely chopped onion in the fat, in which you fried the eggplant. After the onions are stewed, add the minced meat and mix.
Arrange a row of eggplants in a heated non-stick pan. Place the minced meat filling on each circle.
Sprinkle with savory herb and place another eggplant circle on top.
Finish it off, by placing a tomato slice and bake the stuffed eggplants for about 15 minutes.
The baked eggplant with minced meat and tomato is very tasty.
