How to make
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the flour.
Fry it, until it aquires a golden color.
Pour the paprika and immediately remove the saucepan from the heat, so that it doesn't burn.
Pour warm water and start stirring vigorously, so that no lumps form.
Return the meat sauce back onto the heat and boil it, until it becomes smooth.
Remove it from the heat and pour the beaten in advance yogurt.
The yellow yogurt sauce for sarma is ready.
