How to make
Clean the pork ears really well.
Put them in a deep pot. I put them in a pressure cooker.
Add the bay leaf, salt and black pepper to the water.
Turn on the stove and cook, until they're fully cooked.
When you take them out of the water, leave them to cool down for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up the grill pan.
Place the two pork ears, when they are ready on one side, turn them to the other.
Cut them into strips, place them on a plate, drizzle them with soy sauce and serve the beer appetizer.
The pan-grilled pork ears are ready.
