How to make
Put the pork ears in a suitable pot of water to boil and remove the foam, which will form on top.
After the water is clear, add the bay leaf, the onion (cut into quarters), broth cube and allspice. Boil for 45 minutes.
The boiled ears are taken out, cooled and cleaned under running water.
They are cut into oblong strips and flavored with barbecue seasoning, soy sauce and if desired, you can add a little oil.
If there is a need for salt, they are mixed and left in the refrigerator for a day.
The delicious grilled pig ears are grilled and served cold beer.
