How to make
Put the onion, carrot and parsley to boil in a medium-sized pot.
When they soften, add the well-washed and cleaned lentils (if needed, I add more water), as well as the peeled and chopped garlic.
Once the lentils are fully cooked, add the spices and the tomato puree.
Finally, I make the thickener for the lentil soup, add it to the lentils and leave them to simmer for another minute, by stirring constantly.
These tasty lentils must be served with chili pepper and crushed garlic with a little salt, vinegar and water.
