Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • oil - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 1/2 cups
  • flour - about 4 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • white chocolate - 1 pc.
  • almonds - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk, oil and finally the flour with the baking powder.

Place paper cups in muffin molds. Pour 1 tbsp. of the mixture in each one.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips and fill 2/3 of their volume.

Sprinkle the muffins with the almonds and bake at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.

The cocoa muffins with white chocolate and almonds are ready.
