  • lamb brains - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • parsley
  • himalayan salt

How to make

Boil the lamb brains in 2 cups (500 ml) of water along with the chopped carrot, salt and bay leaf. Cut the boiled brains into pieces.

Put the butter in a pan, melt it and remove it from the heat.

Pour the melted butter over the sliced brains. Sprinkle the dish with parsley and serve it immediately. Add as much salt as you like.
