How to make
Carefully wash the lamb. Dry it with a towel or paper. Cut it into 6 equal portioned pieces. Season with a little salt and black pepper, roll in flour and arrange it in a pre-greased baking dish.
Thus prepared lamb meat is baked in a moderate (360°F (180 °C)) oven with herbs. The oil separated from the baking process is collected and heated, and in that fry the remainder of the flour.
Add a little warm water/wine sauce and boil to thicken. The prepared sauce is diluted with freshly squeezed lemon juice (only half a lemon) and half of the lemon is cut into slices and used for decoration.
Pour the baked meat over with the finished sauce. Serve hot, garnished with steamed rice.
