How to make
Boil the quinoa in salted water, until it's fully cooked. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, egg, pressed garlic, dry spices and quinoa.
Knead well and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form chicken meatballs, dip them in the egg and crushed cornflakes and fry them in heated oil.
Put the finished meatballs onto kitchen paper to absorb the fat. You can serve them with garlic sauce.
The chicken and quinoa meatballs can also be served with yogurt salad.
