How to cook
The savory cake with nettles and ham is suitable for breakfast, afternoon snack, picnic or for on the go.
Mix the eggs and cream very well.
Add the flour and baking powder mixed with apple cider vinegar and mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the chopped nettles and then the diced ham.
Add the salt and pour the mixture into a baking pan or sponge cake tin onto baking paper.
Bake the savory cake for about an hour at 180°C.
