How to make
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt and baking powder. Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly.
Add the salt and the diced ham. Mix until a soft dough is obtained.
When the soft dough is ready, divide it into muffin tins, filling them halfway.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and put it in the muffins, by pressing them in slightly.
The savory muffins are baked in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes.
The savory muffins with ham and mozzarella are ready.
