"It`s not summer, it`s sorbet season, that`s why today we have an apple and mint sorbet"

  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • mint - 12 leaves + for decoration
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)

  • ice - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • apple liqueur - 2/5 cup (100 ml) or apple juice
measures

How to make

To make the apple sorbet you will need a blender with a larger jug. If yours is small, then reduce the products or make a few.

Your appliance must be powerful and suitable for crushing ice.

Begin by cleaning the lemons, by peeling them, so that nothing white remains on them. Cut them into pieces and remove the seeds, if there are any.

Cut the apples and remove only the core, without peeling them.

Put the two fruit together with the mint leaves and sugar in the jug of the blender and turn it on to blend everything at maximum speed and as fine as possible.

About 30-40 seconds would be enough.

Pour the water, liqueur and ice into the resulting puree.

Turn it on again, this time on medium speed, for about 1 minute and gradually increase the power.

Immediately pour the resulting fruit sorbet into tall glasses and serve them garnished with mint leaves.

The most delicious sip of freshness!
