How to make
* My mixed green salads include valerian or baby spinach, lollo verde, arugula.
Soak the almonds in water the night before or in the morning if you will be making the delicious green salad for dinner. After they have softened well, peel them.
Wash the green salad and strain it well. If using one with larger leaves, tear them into a bowl.
Peel and dice the tomatoes and add to the fresh salad, by stirring it gently with your hands or salad utensils.
Prepare a dressing by mixing the linseed oil with the apple cider vinegar, pine honey and salt. Season the leaves and tomatoes and transfer them into two separate plates or one salad bowl.
Add the whole almonds, dried cranberries and capers.
Sprinkle liberally with the highly useful and healthy hemp seeds and serve the healthy hemp seed salad.
