How to make
Open up the puff pastry and lightly roll it out with a rolling pin.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon, finely chopped dates and ground walnuts in a suitable container and mix well.
Sprinkle the puff pastry evenly, then roll it up into a tight roll.
Cut it into 1 cm wide slices.
In a tray covered with baking paper, arrange the circles lying down and place them in a preheated oven.
Bake the puff pastry snails at a moderate temperature, until they acquire a nice golden color.
