  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • rum - 3 tbsp.
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp.
  • cocoa balls - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 2 cups
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup

How to make

Grab take a deep bowl, beat the eggs inside, add a cup of sugar and start beating with a mixer, until white foam is formed.

Then add the yogurt, rum, oil and mix a little more.

After a homogeneous mixture is obtained, with the help of a sieve, sift 2 cups of flour and baking powder, then with a spatula, mix well, so that the air does not get inside.

Add a 1/2 cup of cocoa ball, which melt into the cake batter while the sponge cake is baking.

Grease the cake mold well with butter or oil and pour the mixture inside.

Bake the cake with rum and vanilla at 340°F (170°C) for about 40 minutes.
