How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until doubled in volume.
Add the pre-melted and cooled butter and vanilla essence, mix until the ingredients are completely absorbed.
Sift the flour and add the baking powder, mix and gradually add to the egg mixture.
Grease a cake mold with a little oil and pour the mixture into it, place the mold in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), bake the butter cake until ready (~ 40 min).
