How to make
Beat the 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
Mix the yogurt with the soda and wait a minute for it to activate. Add them to the eggs along with 3-4 tbsp. of cold water.
Then add the flour. The tea cup, which I used, has a capacity of 7 fl oz (200 ml).
The butter should be well chilled, so you can put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then grate it directly into the mixture.
Stir well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Out of a possible 6 degrees, I made the pancakes on the 3rd degree.
Grease the pan with a little oil only the first time and then form pancakes with 1 spoonful of the mixture.
As soon as small bubbles form on the surface, they are ready to be flipped.
It is easiest to do with 2 spatulas.
Absolutely delicious, healthy and filling Mini Spelt Pancakes, which I served with honey and fresh blueberries to my family for breakfast.
