Ingredients

  • whole grain spelt flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • soy milk - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 water glass
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • brown sugar - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • ground flaxseed - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla powder - 1 pc (0.2 g)
  • fat - 1/2 tbsp.

How to make

Beat everything with a mixer and if you think the mixture is too thin, add more flour.

The mixture should be like a regular pancake batter.

Grease the pancake pan with cold pressed coconut oil or olive oil and pour the mixture into it.

Before turning the pancake, peel it off very carefully with a cake spatula, in case it is stuck to the pan.

Then turn it to the other side. When they are ready, grease them with a little coconut oil to make them softer.
