In a deep frying pan, pour the oil and the finely chopped onion. Fry and add the butter and after a while, add the cleaned and finely chopped mushrooms.
If you want, you can also add some of the pitted and finely chopped olives.
As soon as you see, that the mushrooms have softened, pour the washed rice. Fry briefly and season with spices.
Turn on the oven at 390°F (200°C). Use a convenient baking pan to cook the oven-baked rice. Transfer the mixture into it and pour water according to the instructions on the package.
Bake the delicious rice with mushrooms for about half an hour - the liquid should evaporate. Shortly before the dish is ready, add the other part of the olives.
When the rice is ready, take it out, cover it with a towel and leave it for 10 minutes.
Then the baked mushroom rice with olives is ready to be served.
