"Healthy savory chia biscuits for an afternoon snack"

Ingredients

  • millet flour - 10.5 oz (300 g) + for additional kneading
  • eggs - 2 pcs. + 1 for spreading
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • savory herb - 1/4 tsp.
  • chia - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • water - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • black sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
  • garlic powder - 2 tsp.

How to make

First put the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the eggs and spices along with the chia, oil and water.

Knead well and if it sticks to your hands, add more flour.

Form it into balls with moistened hands and arrange them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Brush the savory biscuits with egg and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

Bake the biscuits in a 360°F (180°C) oven for 15-20 minutes.
