  • cocoa biscuits - about 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • fruit (optional)
  • chocolate flakes

  • mascarpone - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cottage cheese - 13 oz (375 g) unsalted
  • custard - 1.1 lb (500 g) ready - made
  • powdered sugar - by taste

How to make

Beat the mascarpone with the cottage cheese, gradually add the custard and then as much powdered sugar as you like.

Alternate the biscuits dipped in milk with a layer of cream and arrange them in a mold with a removable bottom and decorate the biscuit cake with fruit of choice and chocolate shavings on top.
