"A tasty and easy cake with lots of cream from German cuisine"

Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • eggs - 5
  • flour - 5 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • gelatin - 2 tbsp (30 g) (dissolved in 1 tea cup of water)
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • walnuts - 1 cup ground (optional)

How to make

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the flour. Add this mixture to the warm milk and gelatin. Boil the entire mixture in a water bath until it thickens.

Let it cool slightly and divide it into 3 equal parts. To the 1st part, add the beaten to snow egg whites with 3-4 tbsp sugar. To the 2nd part - the 3 tablespoons cocoa, beaten with a mixer.

To the 3rd part – add the walnuts. Once cooled a bit, arrange fruits on the bottom of the form. First pour in the white mixture with the egg whites.

Put it in the fridge to cool. Then, pour in the cocoa mixture and put it in the refrigerator again. Finally, add the mixture with the walnuts.

Arrange biscuits on top and put it in the refrigerator once again. Before you invert the cake onto a platter, place it in a bowl with warm water briefly.
