How to make
Finely chop a small onion. Cut the raw peppers into thin, long strips. Heat a cup of olive oil in a pan. Put the chopped vegetables and fry them briefly.
Pour a ladleful of the vegetable broth. Cover the dish and leave it to stew for 10 minutes.
Remove the vegetables and place them into a plate. Season the turkey steaks with salt and black pepper. Spread a slice of cooked ham on each.
Arrange strips of red and yellow peppers on top. Wrap the steaks into savory rolls. Place a toothpick through each one of them.
Heat a cup of olive oil in a pan. Fry the rolls on all sides. Pour the remaining vegetable broth and cover the pot. Cook the rolls for about 20 minutes.
Serve the Pepper and Turkey Rolls over potato salad drizzled with the sauce from stewing.
Enjoy!
