How to make
The garlic is peeled and pounded in a mortar. Place it in a small bowl and pour the soy sauce and lemon juice over it.
Add the honey, ginger, pepper mix, egg white and salt. The mixture is stirred with a wire whisk.
The turkey breast is cut in two, making incisions on the surface.
Put them in a deep bowl and cover them with the marinade.
They are left in the refrigerator for 5 hours, by periodically turning to soak in the marinade.
The filo pastry sheets are spread out on a silicone mat.
They are cut into three parts.
Cut the marinated turkey fillets into 18 small pieces, which are the size of the roll.
Each piece of filo pastry sheet is folded into two parts. A turkey fillet is placed in the middle of the piece.
Before the roll is closed, it is greased to stick. The two ends of the roll are rolled in sesame seeds.
The rolls are arranged in a tray onto baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 360°F (180°C) until golden.
The Sesame Turkey Rolls are ready.
