How to make
Put the turkey fillet in a pot and boil it. Leave it to cool. Cut the turkey fillet into smaller pieces.
Cut the onion into smaller pieces. Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces. Beat the egg into a bowl.
Put all of the listed ingredients in a blender and add more salt, black pepper, yogurt and blend.
Remove the mixture from the blender and mix it with breadcrumbs.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator and after two hours shape the kebabs to the desired size.
Fry them in a pan with oil.
Serve the turkey kebabs with a salad of your choice.
