How to make
Prepare the marinade for the turkey meat by mixing 3 tablespoons of olive oil, soya sauce, the crushed garlic clove and curry. Soak the sliced bits of turkey in it.
Heat the other olive oil and fry the chopped onion, add the chopped peppers and once braised, add the meat with the marinade. Simmer until the liquid evaporates a bit. Add the spices, finely cut tomato and about 1 cup of hot water.
Let the meat simmer until there is mostly just oil left. Serve with rice if desired.
