How to make
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
In a small pot, pour the cream, milk and add the sugar.
Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod with a knife and add them to the milk liquid.
Put the pot on the stove and start stirring for about 7-8 minutes, by not allowing the mixture to boil.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the softened gelatin.
Stir, until it has completely melted. Pour it into the panna cotta cups.
Leave them at room temperature, until they cool, then refrigerate them for 4-5 hours.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Put them in a small saucepan and pour a cup of water.
Add the sugar and butter. Boil the sauces for 5-6 min.
When serving the strawberry panna cotta pour a tablespoon of strawberry sauce over them.
