How to make
Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer. While stirring constantly, add the egg.
Separately, sift the flour along with the vanilla, a pinch of soda and a pinch of salt. Add the flour to the above mixture, by stirring constantly with a spoon.
Add the chocolate chips to the homogeneous mixture and mix again.
Tear small balls from the dough and carefully stretch them out on one side, so they will look like drops.
Put baking paper in a tray and heat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Arrange the cookies onto baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes.
Cool them on a wire rack. Store the Chocolate Chip Cookies in a glass jar with a lid.
